Is my onboard GPU NVIDIA® GeForce 6100 or 6150SE?

Due to both GeForce 6150SE and GeForce 6100 are MCP61P chipset. If you install 91.63 VGA Driver or above version, it will detect as GeForce 6150SE, other oldest driver version will detect GeForce 6100.
