Technology and Communication share one space

The staff at Gigabyte Technology has been growing steadily over the last decade to the point that the workspace at the present headquarters in Tung Shuai Industrial Park is no longer sufficient. For this reason the construction of a new headquarters is currently completed.

Gigabyteˇ¦s new ten-storey building is an inspiring piece of architecture located in the Taipei suburb of Hsin Tien. Upon entering the first-floor lobby the visitor is welcomed to a six-meter high lobby that conveys the spaciousness of the building. With a combined floor space of 180,000 sq. ft. ample work space for up to 1,000 personnel is provided. With an eye to the future of high-speed communications the entire building is mapped out floor-by-floor with fiber optic cabling. With briefings, meetings and training seminars in mind, spacious conference rooms with advanced video conferencing capabilities are found on every floor.

The basement features an exercise room equipped with the latest fitness machinery. Here staff can keep in shape, shower up, and then relax in one of the reading rooms with friends and colleagues.

This new building for the new millennium combines technology and aesthetics to meet the needs of both staff and management. This remarkable structure of innovation is a symbol of Gigabyteˇ¦s commitment to innovation for the future.
