Frequently asked questions.

The normal GPU working temperature should be within 30°C to 70°C.
This situation might happen if you did not connect the WATERFORCE panel power properly.
Please power off the PC and check if the WATERFORCE main power cable is connected properly to the power supply module.
  • Step 1: Check if the internal USB cable is connected properly or not.
    Please power off the PC and check if the internal USB cable is connected properly to the motherboard
  • Step 2: Check if the OC GURU II is installed or not.
    Install the OC GURU II from the driver DVD or download it from WATERFORCE product page:
    http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5255.
  • Step 1: Check if there is any air dust or object on the water cooling box. Check if you put any objects on the water cooling box. Remove the object to allow the air to circulate.
  • Step 2: Check if the fans in the water cooling box are running properly.
    - If yes, please tune the fan speed by using the control panel.
    - If no, please open the water cooling box and recheck whether the fan power cables are connected properly.
  • Step 3: Turn of the PC and wait for 5 minutes. The situation might also happen because of the pump fault. Try to turn off your PC and turn it back on again after 5 minutes. If the problem persists, please contact GIGABYTE technical support or local service center to help returning the card.
It could be due to problems with the SLI Bridge or the graphics cards. Please contact GIGABYTE technical support or local service center for further assistance.
