Power DVD 4.0 wrong CD-Key solution</sup>

[ Purpose ]

Provide solution to End-user for PowerDVD 4.0 CD-Key error issue that is due to CD-Key label printing mistake by printing factory.

[ Solution ]

If you can not install PowerDVD with the CD-key provided with your purchase, the following steps may help you resolve this problem:
1. The CD-Key format is 16 digits: AAX2222222222XXX

- Starting with 2 alphabets (AA)
- Followed by 1 alphanumeric (X)
- Followed by 10 numeric characters
- Followed by 3 alphanumeric characters (XXX)

2. If any of the alphanumeric character is an alphabet, change that character to 0 (zero). And the modified CD-Key will be OK for installation

For example:
Ex1:	The original CD-Key: DXD1294588171GGM
	Change it to: DX01294588171000
Ex2:	The original CD-Key: DXD12945881711G2
	Change it to: DX01294588171102
