In order to ensure your user experience, please follow this instruction to setup you laptop before upgrading to Windows 11.

TIPs No.1: Update all Windows hotfix and Driver before upgrade to Window 11

1. Click the [Start]button, then click [Settings]

2. Select "Update & Security"

3. Entering Windows Update and click [Check for Update] to get the latest Windows Hotfix. Install them all.

• REMIND: You may need to repeat this step several times to install all of the hotfix.

• To get all optional updates and drivers, please click "View all optional Update", check the items to start the update process.

TIPs No.2: To ensure the recovery function of GIGABYTE Smart Recovery can work fine to restore the system back to factory default. Please update the recovery kernel before upgrade to Windows 11.

1. Go to your produce page, click "Support" to access "Download" page.
2. Expand the Utility node, find "System Recovery Fix Tool" and download it.

3. Unzip the downloaded file, right-click and execute it with the administrator permission.
4. An "OK" will be shown in the command window after it completed, press any key to exit it.

??Finally, you are ready to upgrade your laptop to Window 11. Please try to get it by Windows Update, Windows Upgrade Agent, or the install media (ISO or USB).
