A. Participation in You Review. We Reward! is limited to parties within the United States and Canada that lawfully can enter into and form contracts under applicable law. By participating in You Review. We Reward!, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a contract. Resellers of products that are offered for sale by GIGABYTE are not eligible to participate in You Review. We Reward!.

B. You Review. We Reward! submissions must be submitted before April 1st, 2021 (12:00 A.M. PST). All submissions made past this deadline will be deemed forfeit. This program is valid for GeForce RTX 30 Series laptop purchases made before March 31st, 2021.

C. This offer is only valid for products purchased from the following retailers: Newegg in the USA, Canada Computers & Memory Express in Canada.

D. You Review. We Reward! is only eligible for end-users and not businesses. GIGABYTE, GIGABYTE affiliates, subsidiaries, manufacturers, business partners, distributors, system integrators, wholesalers, resellers, retailers, are not eligible to participate in You Review. We Reward!

GIGABYTE reserves the right to revise any of these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. These revisions may be made at any time, without notice, even though these changes may affect your ability to earn rewards. By continuing to participate in any part of the website following the posting of any such change, you are deemed to have agreed to the amended version of these Terms and Conditions and are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this website to review the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, or any attempt to act in a way that is inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions, or any conduct detrimental to GIGABYTE, or any misrepresentation, or any fraudulent activities in connection with You Review, We Reward!, or failure to act in a manner consistent with federal, state, provincial or local laws, regulations or ordinances by you may result, in addition to any rights or remedies available to GIGABYTE in law or equity, in the termination of your You Review, We Reward! submission, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of any rewards you have acquired, as determined by GIGABYTE or its authorized agents, in their sole discretion.
Notwithstanding the above, should GIGABYTE decide to discontinue the Website, or discontinue You Review. We Reward! before the end date, notice will be given to users (as determined in GIGABYTE's discretion.) Once the notice period of You Review. We Reward! has ended, rewards will no longer be redeemable.

Terms and Conditions Priority
In the event of any conflict between any details contained in these Terms and Conditions and circumstances contained in other materials, the aspects of You Review. We Reward! as outlined in these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Information collected from participants shall be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the administration of the You Review. We Reward!, sweepstakes or delivery of an item. Registrant's contact information will not be shared unless the participant has elected to receive additional information and promotional material from a third party partner. In addition to capturing data on your purchase history, GIGABYTE reserves the right to obtain data about purchases of GIGABYTE AORUS branded products, which will enable GIGABYTE AORUS to provide the member with more information and promotions tailored to the member’s interests.
