After setting "Fan Speed Control Method" to "Intel QST" under bios, why can't I use Smart Fan function under Easy Tune5?

Intel QST algorithm provides a complex and effective fan speed control method - fan speed controlled automatically; reduce fan speed variation; decrease noise. It is different from Smart FAN, therefore, "Smart FAN" function under EasyTune5 is disabled when Intel QST is enabled.
