1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

   The Contest is hosted by GIGA-BYTE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, No.6, Baoqiang Rd., Xindian Dist., New Taipei City 231, Taiwan (the "Host"). By participating in the Contest, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Host, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

   This promotion includes both a skill-based contest (submission and voting) and a random draw component.

   The Host is responsible for the collection, submission, and processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Contest. In case of any questions, comments, or problems related to the Contest, Entrants should contact the Host directly. The Host may be reached by email at aorus@gigabyte.com during the Promotion Period.

2. ELIGIBILITY

   The Contest is open to legal residents aged 18 years or older of all countries/localities except Italy, Portugal, North Korea, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Venezuela, Quebec, Rhode Island, Florida, and New York.

   The Host and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (the "Promotion Entities") are not eligible to enter the Contest or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible.

   "Household Members" refers to individuals who share the same residence for at least three (3) months per year. "Immediate Family Members" refers to parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.

3. PRIZES

   A total of six (6) Winners will be awarded across two (2) categories (#PerfectOrigin and #PerfectMoment):

   1st Place (2 Winners):X870 AORUS INFINITY Motherboard (1 per category)

   2nd Place (2 Winners):40th Anniversary Gift Pack (1 per category)

   Voter Lucky Draw (2 Winners):One (1) winner per category will be randomly selected from the voting pool to receive a 40th Anniversary Gift Pack

   Terms of Prizes:Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the Host’s sole discretion. The Host reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value. Prizes are not covered by manufacturer warranty.

   Terms of Prizes:Each Entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize. If an Entrant qualifies for multiple awards, the prize of higher value will be granted, and an alternate winner will be selected for the remaining prize.

   Winner Responsibility:All applicable taxes (including VAT, local taxes, etc.), fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Host is not liable for any lost or stolen prizes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

   The Submission Period runs from 12:00 AM May 13, 2026 to 11:59 PM June, 7, 2026 (GMT-7).

   Entries must be submitted via the official Gleam widget on the campaign landing page. Entrants must complete the required submission tasks and provide a valid link to their entry. Automated or robotic Entries will be disqualified.

   By entering this Contest, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

5. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

   Accepted Formats:Entries may be submitted in either photo or video format, as specified on the campaign page.

   Photo Requirements:Photo Entries must be submitted in high resolution (at least 1920 pixels on the longest side) and be suitable for digital and social media use. Images must be well-lit, in focus, and free from excessive noise, distortion, watermarks, or overlays that may interfere with evaluation or promotional use.

   Video Format & Aspect Ratio:Video entries must be submitted in vertical format (9:16 aspect ratio) and optimized for mobile-first platforms such as Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.

   Video Resolution:A minimum resolution of 1080 × 1920 pixels (Full HD) is required. Footage must be clear, well-lit, and free from excessive noise or distortion.

   Video Length:Videos must be between 15 and 60 seconds in length.

   Audio & Music:Entrants are encouraged to use royalty-free music or audio. Entrants are solely responsible for securing any necessary rights to any music or audio used in their submissions. The Host is not responsible for any copyright claims arising from the Entrant’s submitted content. If selected as a finalist, Entrants may be required to provide the original raw video file without background music for editing and official promotional use.

   Authenticity & AI Content Policy:The setup shown must be the Entrant’s own real-world setup. Entries fully or predominantly generated by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to AI-synthesized images, scenes, or setups) are strictly prohibited. While minor digital editing (e.g., color correction, cropping, or basic retouching) is allowed, such enhancements must not alter the fundamental authenticity of the setup or create a deceptive representation of the hardware. Entries found to be fraudulent or AI-generated will be disqualified.

   Brand Focus:Entries must primarily feature GIGABYTE and/or AORUS hardware as the main subject. Third-party logos, branding, or products should be minimized. Any entry that prominently features or is intended to promote or endorse a competing brand may be disqualified at the Host’s sole discretion.

   Compliance:Entries that do not comply with these requirements may be disqualified or deemed ineligible for finalist selection or official promotional use at the Host’s sole discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION & ACTIVITY JOURNEY

   Phase 1 | Submissions (May 13 – June 7, 2026, GMT-7):

   All Entries that comply with the Submission Requirements in Section 5 will be eligible for the Public Voting gallery. Entries may be disqualified if they fall under the Exclusion Criteria set forth below:

   Exclusion Criteria:

   Lack of GIGABYTE/AORUS Brand Focus:

   • No Identifiable Gear:GIGABYTE or AORUS hardware is visibly identifiable in the Entry.
   • Competing Brand Prominence:A competing brand’s logo or product occupies a significant or dominant portion (approximately 30% or more) of the primary visual frame (the central area of the photo or video).
   • Primary Subject Conflict:The Entry is composed in a way that a competing brand’s product is the clear primary subject (e.g., a macro shot of a competitor’s logo).
   • Competing Ecosystem:The setup consists predominantly of hardware from a single direct competitor with only minor or negligible AORUS presence.

   Phase 2 | Public Voting & Lucky Draw (June 15 – June 27, 2026, GMT-7):

   All qualified Entries will be published in the gallery simultaneously for public voting. Winners will be determined solely by the number of valid votes received. The Host reserves the right to review, validate, and remove any votes deemed fraudulent, automated, or in violation of the Contest rules.

   Wall of Fame Selection:

   The top two (2) finalists with the highest votes in each category (four (4) winners total) will receive the 1st Place prize and be inducted into the 40th Anniversary Wall of Fame.

   Voter Lucky Draw:

   One (1) voter from each category (two (2) winners total) will be randomly selected to receive a 40th Anniversary Gift Pack.

   Phase 3 | Winners Announcement:

   All six (6) winners will be officially announced on July 8, 2026 (GMT-7).

   The Host reserves the right to monitor and audit voting activity. Any attempt to manipulate votes (including but not limited to use of bots, scripts, fake accounts, or vote-buying) will result in disqualification of the associated Entry at the Host’s sole discretion.

   Inauthentic Content:

   • The Entry is found to be AI-generated, plagiarized, or not the Entrant’s own work.

   Incomplete Submissions:

   • Failure to provide required submission elements (e.g., description, hashtags, or entry link).

   Low Technical Quality:

   • The Entry is severely blurred, poorly lit, or contains excessive noise or distortion that prevents clear identification of the setup or products.

   Inappropriate Content:

   • Content that is offensive, unlawful, misleading, contains unauthorized third-party branding or advertisements, or infringes upon third-party rights.

   The Host reserves the right to make the final determination on eligibility and disqualification at its sole discretion.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PUBLICITY:

   Winners will be announced on AORUS official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube). On the same day, Winners will be notified via email from aorus@gigabyte.com using the email address provided in the entry submission.

   Potential Winners must respond and accept the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

   By accepting the prize, Winners agree to the use of their name, image, and submitted content for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. OWNERSHIP/USE OF ENTRIES

   By submitting an entry, each Entrant grants the Host a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from the entry in any media now known or later developed, without compensation or further notice, for marketing, promotional, and branding purposes related to GIGABYTE/AORUS.

   The Host reserves the right to edit, crop, or obscure any third-party branding or elements as necessary to align with AORUS brand standards.

   Entrants represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for the submitted content, and that the entry does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

9. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

   Any personal information supplied will be subject to the Host’s Privacy Policy at https://www.gigabyte.com/PrivacyPolicy. Personal data will be used solely for Contest administration, winner selection, and prize fulfillment purposes.

   The Host reserves the right to edit, crop, or obscure any third-party branding or elements as necessary to align with AORUS brand standards.

   Entrants represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for the submitted content, and that the entry does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

10. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

    The Host reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest or these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    The Host is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorized access, or any other errors related to participation in the Contest.

    Prizes are provided “as is” without additional warranty beyond applicable local consumer protection laws.

12. SOCIAL NETWORK DISCLAIMER

    This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), or TikTok. Entrants understand that they are providing information to the Host and not to these platforms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taipei.
