Sponsor: The Sponsor of the GIGABYTE White Christmas Event (“Event”) is GBT INC, operating under the brand AORUS (“Sponsor”). The Event is organized in collaboration with Canada Computers & Electronics (“Partner”).

Event Period and Locations: The Event will take place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (local time) at the following Canada Computers retail locations: Markham store located at 3828 Hwy 7, Markham, ON L3R 1L7, Canada (AORUS Scavenger Hunt & Shop & Build Event), and Vaughan store located at 255 Bass Pro Mills Dr Unit 200, Vaughan, ON L4K 0A2, Canada (Shop & Build Event only).

Eligibility: The Event is open to legal residents of Canada who are sixteen (16) years of age or older at the time of participation. Participants under sixteen must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Employees, independent contractors, officers, and agents of GIGABYTE, Canada Computers, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win any prizes. The Event is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating in the Event, you (“Participant”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Event. Participants agree to comply with all instructions and decisions made by the Sponsor and Partner and acknowledge that any violation of these Rules may result in immediate disqualification.

How to Participate – Activity 1: AORUS Scavenger Hunt (Markham Only): No purchase is necessary to participate in the AORUS Scavenger Hunt. Participants must check in at the designated AORUS counter at Canada Computers Markham during event hours to receive a stamp card. Attendees will be guided through four (4) PC-building demonstration stations, including CPU, RAM, GPU, and PSU installation, and must collect a stamp at each station. Once all four stamps are collected, the participant will receive a giveaway ticket to enter the scheduled prize drawings. Giveaway drawings will take place at approximately 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM, and 5:30 PM, with a grand prize drawing at 6:30 PM. Giveaway tickets are valid only for the drawing in which they are entered and will be reset after each draw. Participants may re-enter subsequent drawings by completing the Scavenger Hunt again. Participants must be physically present at the time of the drawing to be eligible to win. If the announced winner is not present, an alternate winner will be selected immediately.

How to Participate – Activity 2: Shop & Build Event (Markham and Vaughan): A purchase is required to participate in the Shop & Build Event. Participants must register online through the official GIGABYTE event webpage prior to the registration deadline. Participants will select their preferred session, either 2:00 PM-5:00 PM or 4:00 PM-7:00 PM, and provide details of their intended PC build. Selected participants will be notified by email on or before November 15, 2025, and must confirm their participation no later than November 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Failure to confirm by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the reserved slot.

On the event day, participants must purchase all required PC components in-store, including a GIGABYTE motherboard and GIGABYTE graphics card. There is no restriction for the remaining components (CPU, memory, SSD, PSU, chassis, and cooler). Upon check-in, each confirmed participant will receive one (1) Loot Box containing a random prize. Loot Box contents are pre-determined and distributed randomly at Sponsor discretion. Participants will build their systems on-site with the assistance of Canada Computers staff and GIGABYTE representatives.

Prizes: Prizes for the AORUS Scavenger Hunt include multiple units of GIGABYTE M27Q monitors, AORUS hoodies, AORUS brick calendars, Canada Computers gift cards, and one (1) Grand Prize GeForce RTX 5080 GPU.

Loot Box prizes for the Shop & Build Event include eight (8) x CAD $300 Canada Computers store credit, six (6) x GIGABYTE X870E AORUS PRO ICE with AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU included, and two (2) x GeForce RTX 5080 GPU.

All prizes are awarded “as is,” with no cash value or substitution except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a listed prize is unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Any and all applicable taxes, duties, or additional expenses associated with prize receipt or use shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Odds of Winning: For the AORUS Scavenger Hunt, the odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible participants who complete the activity and receive giveaway tickets prior to each draw. For the Shop & Build Event, the odds of receiving a specific Loot Box prize depend on the total number of Loot Boxes distributed and the random assignment of prizes.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners of the AORUS Scavenger Hunt will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor and announced live at the event venue. Participants must be present at the time their name is drawn to claim their prize. The Sponsor shall have no liability for any participant’s failure to hear the announcement or claim their prize in a timely manner.

Loot Box prizes for the Shop & Build Event are distributed on-site at check-in and revealed immediately upon opening. The Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, prize distribution, and all event matters are final and binding.

Rights Granted by Participants: By participating in the Event, participants grant the Sponsor, Canada Computers, and their affiliates, licensees, and agents the right and permission to photograph, record, and use their name, likeness, voice, statements, and images for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation, notice, or review, unless prohibited by law. Participants represent that their participation does not violate any third-party rights and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and Partner from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of such participation.

Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Event or any part thereof if any cause, including but not limited to fraud, technical failure, tampering, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, affects the integrity, administration, or fairness of the Event. The Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to interfere with the participation process, violates these Terms, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. The Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters related to the Event.

Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Event, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless GIGABYTE, Canada Computers, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, partners, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death, arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Event or the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, printing errors, delayed communications, or any other issues beyond its reasonable control.

Disputes: This Event is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. By participating, participants agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Event shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Toronto, Ontario. Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or to have damages multiplied or increased.

Requests received after this date will not be processed.

All information provided by participants is collected by the Sponsor and used solely for administration of the Event.

Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the GIGABYTE White Christmas Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions, and that you comply with all eligibility requirements stated herein.
