NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE GENERAL EVENT RAFFLES OR PARTICIPATE IN THE MONITOR WORKSHOP OR TECH INFLUENCER COMPETITIONS.

A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING A GENERAL EVENT RAFFLE.

A PURCHASE IS REQUIRED ONLY FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOP & BUILD EXPERIENCE.

Sponsor: The Sponsor of the GIGABYTE Summer Fest at Canada Computers (“Event”) is GBT INC, operating under the GIGABYTE and AORUS brands (“Sponsor”). The Event is organized in collaboration with Canada Computers & Electronics (“Partner”).

Event Period and Locations: The Event will take place on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time at the following Canada Computers retail locations: Markham store located at 3828 Highway 7 East, Markham, ON L3R 1L7, Canada, and Downtown Toronto store located at 312 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M5B 1R4, Canada. The Shop & Build experience will be available at the Markham location only.

Eligibility: The Event is open to legal residents of Canada who are sixteen (16) years of age or older at the time of participation. Participants who have not reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Employees, independent contractors, officers, directors, and agents of GIGABYTE, Canada Computers, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter the raffles or win prizes. The Event is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating in the Event, each participant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Event. Participants agree to comply with all instructions provided by the Sponsor, Partner, and Event staff. Any violation of these Rules may result in immediate disqualification or removal from the Event.

How to Participate – Activity 1: Monitor Workshop: No purchase or advance registration is required to participate in the Monitor Workshop. Participants may check in at the designated workshop area at either Event location during Event hours. Attendees who complete the required workshop activities will receive one raffle ticket for the scheduled general prize drawings. Participants who win an eligible workshop challenge may receive an additional raffle ticket, subject to the instructions and entry limits announced by Event staff.

How to Participate – Activity 2: Tech Influencer Competition: No purchase or advance online registration is required to participate in the Tech Influencer Competition. Participants may sign up at the designated competition area during the Event, subject to availability and capacity limits. The Markham location will feature DaPoets and a Mecha Chameleon competition using a 1-vs-3 hide-and-seek format. The Downtown Toronto location will feature AstroNuggie and a head-to-head Street Fighter competition. Competition rules, match formats, winning conditions, and participation limits will be announced by Event staff before play begins.

How to Participate – Activity 3: Shop & Build Experience (Markham Only): A purchase is required to participate in the Shop & Build experience. Applicants must complete the official online registration form by August 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Participation is limited to five (5) selected builders.

Selected applicants will be notified by email and must confirm their attendance within two (2) calendar days of receiving the confirmation email. Failure to confirm within the required period will result in forfeiture of the reserved spot.

On the Event day, confirmed participants must check in at the designated Shop & Build area and purchase the remaining components required to complete their PC build at Canada Computers. Participants will build their systems on-site with assistance from Canada Computers staff and GIGABYTE representatives.

Each confirmed participant who completes the applicable participation and purchase requirements will receive one (1) AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor and one (1) X870E AORUS MASTER X3D motherboard. Each participant will also receive one randomly assigned mystery reward. Mystery rewards include two (2) Radeon RX 9070 XT GAMING OC graphics cards and three (3) CAD $500 Canada Computers gift cards.

FINAL SALE NOTICE: ALL COMPONENTS PURCHASED AS PART OF THE SHOP & BUILD EXPERIENCE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ANY APPLICABLE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY WILL REMAIN SUBJECT TO THE MANUFACTURER’S STANDARD WARRANTY TERMS.

General Raffle Drawings: General raffle drawings will take place at approximately 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM at each participating location. Raffle tickets that are not selected during the 3:30 PM drawing will remain eligible for the 5:30 PM drawing. Winning tickets will be removed following each drawing and will not be eligible to win again.

Participants must be physically present at the applicable Event location when their ticket is drawn. If the announced winner is not present, does not respond within the time provided, cannot present the corresponding ticket, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected immediately.

Prizes: General raffle prizes include AORUS merchandise, GIGABYTE GO27Q24G gaming monitors, Radeon RX 9070 XT GAMING OC graphics cards, GeForce RTX 5070 GAMING OC graphics cards, GeForce RTX 5080 GAMING OC graphics cards, and AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D and X870 AORUS ELITE X3D bundles.

Tech Influencer Competition winners will receive exclusive AORUS merchandise or other prizes announced by Event staff.

All prizes are awarded “as is,” with no cash value or substitution except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Any applicable taxes, duties, transportation costs, or additional expenses associated with receiving or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a general raffle prize depend on the total number of eligible raffle tickets submitted and the number of prizes available for the applicable drawing. The odds of receiving a specific Shop & Build mystery reward depend on the random assignment of five (5) available rewards. The Tech Influencer Competitions are skill-based, and each participant’s chance of winning depends on their performance and the performance of other participants.

Winner Selection and Notification: General raffle winners will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor and announced live at the Event venue. Participants must be present at the time of the drawing to claim a prize. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a participant’s failure to hear the announcement or claim a prize in a timely manner.

Tech Influencer Competition winners will be determined according to the applicable competition rules announced before play begins. Shop & Build mystery rewards will be distributed randomly on-site. The Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, competition results, prize distribution, and all Event matters are final and binding.

Rights Granted by Participants: By participating in the Event, participants grant the Sponsor, Canada Computers, and their respective affiliates, licensees, and agents the right and permission to photograph, record, and use their name, likeness, voice, statements, and images for advertising, publicity, promotional, and Event-documentation purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and without additional compensation, notice, or review, unless prohibited by law.

Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional photography or recordings should notify Event staff at check-in. A parent or legal guardian may be required to provide consent for participants who have not reached the age of majority.

Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, postpone, modify, or suspend the Event or any portion thereof if fraud, technical failure, equipment malfunction, tampering, safety concerns, severe weather, store closure, or any other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the administration, integrity, safety, or fairness of the Event.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to interfere with the registration, competition, workshop, or raffle process; violates these Rules; provides false information; or acts in a disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or unsportsmanlike manner. The Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters related to the Event.

Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Event, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless GIGABYTE, Canada Computers, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, partners, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Event or the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize.

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, printing errors, interrupted activities, delayed communications, lost or damaged raffle tickets, equipment failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Disputes: The Event is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. By participating, participants agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to the Event shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Toronto, Ontario. Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or to have damages multiplied or increased, to the extent permitted by law.

Social Media Disclaimer: This Event is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, or any other social media platform. Unless otherwise stated, the publishers and developers of any games featured during the Event are not sponsors or administrators of the Event.

Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the GIGABYTE Summer Fest at Canada Computers, each participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules, Terms & Conditions and that they comply with all applicable eligibility requirements.
