Terms & Conditions

1. Host
   This promotion is organized by GIGA-BYTE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. ("GIGABYTE"), located at No. 6, Baoqiang Rd., Xindian Dist., New Taipei City 231, Taiwan.

2. Campaign Overview
   The STEALTH Revolution Creator Campaign is an international collaboration initiative organized by GIGABYTE. Eligible creators confirmed by GIGABYTE to qualify for participating in the campaign (“Creators”) will receive Awards as described in Section 4 below. Participation is subject to application, approval, and execution of a formal agreement.
3. Eligibility
   To qualify for participation, Creators must:
   
   • Be 18 years or older
   • Reside in a country or region not subject to export or contest restrictions
   • Own a public social media account with 5,000+ followers on at least one of the following platforms: YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram
   • Have prior experience in PC building or content creation in tech, hardware, or gaming
   • Maintain a public profile that is free from political, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content
   GIGABYTE reserves the sole discretion to determine eligibility and may revoke participation at any time if these criteria are not met or maintained.
4. Awards
   The following award tiers apply to Creators who have been reviewed and approved by GIGABYTE as eligible participants:

   A.Group A Creators (as determined by GIGABYTE based on the creator’s follower count, content quality, audience engagement, and relevance to the brand) will receive: 

   a. One (1) X870 AORUS STEALTH ICE motherboard; and

   b. One (1) chassis provided by a partner brand. (The chassis model will be randomly assigned). Limited quantities are available and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful application.

   B.Group B Creators will receive:

   a. One (1) X870 AORUS STEALTH ICE motherboard.

5. Application & Selection
   • Applications are accepted continuously through December 31, 2025, or while supplies last.
   • Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis.
   • Creators will be contacted individually upon acceptance.
   • Selection does not guarantee participation until a signed agreement is executed.
   • Due to limited product quantity, acceptance is based on a first-come, first-reviewed basis.
6. Deliverables & Creator Obligations
   Upon acceptance and receipt of the Awards, Creators must produce the following deliverables (The “Deliverables”):
   • Assemble a PC using the X870 AORUS STEALTH ICE motherboard and the chassis provided by our partner brands (subject to the actual model received).
   • Produce a Before & After build video (minimum 15 seconds, Full HD 1080p or above)
   • Clearly feature the product for at least 50% of the video duration
   • Publish the video on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, using the hashtag #StealthRevolution and tag the official AORUS accounts and the official accounts of our partner brands.
   • Maintain the video publicly online for a minimum of 3 months
   • Avoid tagging or endorsing any other brands in the published content
   All Deliverables must comply with the specifications outlined in these T&C and in the separate agreement between GIGABYTE and Creator. GIGABYTE reserves the right to reject or require edits to submitted content that fails to meet quality, compliance, or brand standards.
7. Content Rights & Usage
   By submitting content under this campaign, Creators grant GIGABYTE and its partner brands a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and publicly display the submitted content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, without the need for additional compensation or notification.
   Creators represent and warrant that their content is original and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. GIGABYTE and its partner brands shall not be held liable for any intellectual property disputes arising from the submitted content.
8. Timeline
   • The creator campaign runs until December 31, 2025, or while supplies last.
   • Upon acceptance, creators will have up to 30 calendar days from the notification date to complete and publish their content.
   • All content must be published no later than December 31, 2025.
   • Content must remain live and publicly accessible for at least 3 months following publication.
   GIGABYTE reserves the right to modify deadlines based on operational or campaign requirements.
9. Product Ownership & Return Policy
   • The Awards provided are consigned to Creator, with GIGABYTE maintaining ownership and title to the goods until Creator provides the Deliverables.
   • Creators who fail to publish qualifying content within the required timeframe, or who violate campaign rules, may be disqualified and required to return the product at their own cost within the period specified by GIGABYTE.
   • GIGABYTE reserves the right to invoice the market value of the Awards to any Creator who fails to meet obligations and refuses to return the product.
10. Disqualification & Enforcement
    GIGABYTE reserves the right to disqualify any participant, at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to:
    • Submission of false information or impersonation
    • Failure to comply with campaign terms
    • Content containing offensive, explicit, misleading, or harmful material
    • Actions or public conduct that may damage the AORUS or GIGABYTE brand image
    Participation in this campaign implies full acceptance of all terms stated herein. Any violation of these terms may result in removal from the campaign, disqualification from future activities, and potential legal action where applicable.
