Plug-in CMI8738 sound card, the system can't soft off, the system will reboot after shut down in Win98SE.

CMI 8738 PCI sound card doesn't support ACPI 1.0, you can set "Wake Up by PCI card" from "Enabled" to " Disabled", if still not solve, please also set"ModemRingOn/WakeOnLan" from "Enabled" to "Disabled".
