Warranty
To ensure the most efficient technical support, for all warranty inquiries and service requests regarding GIGABYTE enterprise products, please prioritize contacting the authorized distributor or system integrator from whom the product was purchased. They will serve as the primary contact for processing RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and warranty-related matters. If the product was purchased directly from GIGABYTE, GIGABYTE will act as your direct service provider.
- Hardware-Only Coverage: This warranty applies strictly to hardware components and does not cover any software, drivers, or other peripherals provided with or bundled with the product.
