Kindly follow the instruction below:

1. Go to [Control Panel] > [Region and Language] > [Languages] > [Details]. 


2. Select [Setting] tab and click [Add].
   


3. Set [English (United States)] input language and select [United States-International].


4. Select Default input language as [United States-International] and click [Apply].

Thereafter, change the input method to “EN” and press right hand side [Alt] +[5] to get Europe dollar sign (€).
