Please follow the instruction below:

1. Go to [Control Panel] > [Region and Language] > [Keyboards and Languages] > [Change keyboards].
   


2. Select [General] tab and click [Add].


3. Select [United States-International] and click [OK].


4. Select Default input language as [United States-International] and click [Apply].

Thereafter, change the input method to “EN” and press right hand side [Alt] +[5] to get Europe dollar sign (€).
