TAIPEI, Taiwan – April 09, 2010 – GIGABYTE TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd, a leading manufacturer of motherboards, graphics cards and other computing hardware solutions today proudly announced that Topalof from France was the winner of the GIGABYTE H55/H57 IGP OC Challenge hosted by HWBOT, with his winning 3DMark Vantage score of 1164 marks using a GIGABYTE GA-H55M-S2H motherboard.

Topalof’s Winning GA-H55M-S2H System

Overclocking an IGP (Integrated Graphics Processor) requires a unique set of skills, so GIGABYTE wanted to test just how far overclockers were able to take the performance of their onboard graphics. Using any GIGABYTE H55/H57 motherboard, overclockers from all over the world submitted to HWBOT some truly impressive 3DMark Vantage performance scores. With less than an hour remaining in the competition, Topalof was able to submit a 3DMark Vantage score of 1164, beating out the rest of the competition and making him a proud owner of a new top-of-the-range GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD7 motherboard.

There was also a second "lucky draw" prize category for anyone submitting a score with HWBOT who included a picture of their system. Congratulations to SniperOZ from Australia, who was randomly selected at the end of the competition by GIGABYTE with his entry of 898 marks, allowing him to take home a new GIGABYTE GA-P55A-UD7.
