GIGABYTE ‘Xmas and New Year Contest’ Winners Set New World Records

Christian Ney Smashes AMD Llano Records using GIGABYTE A75-UD4H Motherboard

Ltd., a leading manufacturer of motherboards and graphics cards, today announced the winners of the GIGABYTE ‘Xmas and New Year Contest’, an overclocking contest that was hosted on, with scoring challenges based on AMD Llano APUs. Several world records related to the AMD Llano platform were broken, with contest winner Christian Ney settings three new world records:

The ‘GIGABYTE Xmas and New Year Contest’ was hosted on, open to members from December 15th 2011 until January 31st 2012. The contest featured three unique stages:
