Why can not activate Wake On Lan function when using Marvell 8053 or 8056 LAN Chip?

For activating Wake On Lan function with Marvell 8053 or 8056. It should be set with two more options:
- Enter Device Manager → Find Network Adapter Marvell Yukon → Properties → Power Management → Check "Allow this device to bring the computer out of standby."
- Enter Device Manager → Find Network Adapter Marvell Yukon → Properties → Advanced → "Wake From Shutdown", set Value to "On".
