Due to the Smart Recovery system located at hided sector of hard disk drive, users utilize MS FDISK or other partitioning software of hard disk drive that will cause the hided sector erased and then the Smart Recovery function cannot be used (Smart Recovery will restore your operating system to the factory defaults). Users do not execute partitioning drives for hard disk to avoid the Smart Recovery function failure.
