An error message occurs while running Smart USB Backup: "Backup process fail to run due to current OS is not config by GIGABYTE".

There are three possibilities may occur this message:

Windows operating system has been self installed.
Reassign disk partition.
Rename (C:) drive.

If you installed Windows operating system or reassigned disk partition, kindly contact your supplier or service center for assistance. If you renamed (C:) drive, please modify the (C:) drive name to "Windows" to solve this problem.
