Taipei, Taiwan, 19th April 2013 – GIGABYTE, a leading manufacturer of motherboards and graphics cards, has been already known for famous StarCraft II events. In partnership with AMD, GIGABYTE now is back to produce a tremendous International Tournament. The 1st qualifier of GIGABYTE Pro League will begin today, Friday 19th April, 2013. The 2nd round will be scheduled in May and you don’t want to miss it. During the three months, 32 of the world’s best players will compete in StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm to be part of the final event of Pro League. Players will fight in a single elimination tournament to compete for their share of a $6,500 prize pool and a chance for their name to be engraved onto the Final.
The GIGABYTE Pro League will feature an allstar caster line-up. Llewellys, YoGo & Mori and ToD who had already commentated last year's Intel Extreme Masters World Championship. We hope all worldwide gamers will enjoy it as much as the list of commentators below.
