When you use NB1401 or N512 or N601 or N411 , the mouse pointer points abnormal while typing.
A: Please try to modify the touchpad sensitive settings as below procedure:
1. Double click the icon on the taskbar.
2. Choose the “Device Settings” item in the Mouse Properties window.
3. Disable the touchpad function temporality via clicking ”Disable” or click “Settings” button to modify the touchpad sensitivity settings.
4. Set the suitable sensitivity settings in the “PalmCheck” and “Touch Sensitivity” items
5. Click “OK” to apply the modification.
