Taipei, Taiwan, Marzo 26, 2009 – GIGABYTE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., fabricante de placas madre y de video hoy se complace en anunciar que se ha seleccionado a Bangkok, Tailandia para llevar a cabo las finales regionales de Asia y África para el Open Overclocking Championship (GO OC) 2009 de GIGABYTE. Anteriormente los eventos GO OC se habían llevado a cabo en Taipéi, Beijing, Sídney y Yakarta, entre otros, y este evento ha sido ampliamente reconocido por l comunidad overclocker y agendado en todo calendario para el 2009. GO OC Asia y frica se llevara a cabo del 4 al 6 de Abril en el centro comercial de TI más grande de Bangkok, Pantip Plaza; el equipo ganador representar a Así y a África el 3 de Junio en la final internacional del GO OC durante el Computex del 2009.
Este año las finales regionales de Asia y África prometen ser el evento de overclock más grande jamás visto con los mejores overclockers de Australia, Nueva Zelanda, Indonesia, Oriente Medio, Japón, Korea, Malasia, Singapur, Sudáfrica, Taiwán, Tailandia y Vietnam - cada participante ha ganado en su propia competencia local del GO OC 2009 para poder participar en estas eliminatorias. Los equipos este año estarán batiéndose con los mejores equipos de hardware de GIGABYTE, Intel, NVIDIA, Kingston, Dolby y ENERMAX.
El equipo ganador de la final Africana y Asiática competirán con los ganadores de China, la Unión Europea y América con los 2 equipos ganadores del GO OC 2008. Esta batalla épica tendrá lugar en el Computex 2009 donde el equipo ganador será declarado campeón mundial!.

The GO OC 2009 Pan Asian and African winners will not only have the honour of representing Pan Asia and Africa at the GO OC global final, they will also receive cash and hardware prizes valued over US$3,000 for their efforts.
