This product does not have built-in speakers, only the earphone jacks are provided. If you want to have sound, you must connect headphones or speakers.
- Make sure the headphone cable is properly connected.
- Adjust the volume level. Please refer to user manual.
- Check the Audio Source setting. If the setting is set to USB Codec, make sure the USB cable is properly connected to the monitor and your computer.
- Adjust the sound related settings on your computer.
