I use the CD-RW recorders like Yamaha or Philips, but I can't copy CD to CD by using the software "Easy CD Creator" with succes at the speed of 8X or above.
Please install VIA 4 In 1 (V.4.32V) and update the Easy Cd Creator to V.4.03, then you can record CD in 16X with Yamaha or Philips.
