Green Computing
Advanced cooling such as direct liquid cooling (DLC) and immersion cooling can improve data center power usage effectiveness (PUE) to a record low of 1.02, cutting down on carbon emission. Our DLC products cover server racks, coolant distribution units (CDUs), and servers for compute, networking, and storage. This year, we launched the new 6U 10-node Blade Server, which boasts proprietary internal piping integration to bolster compute density.
GIGABYTE is also a first mover in single-phase and two-phase immersion cooling; clients include the world's semiconductor leader and the Japanese telco giant KDDI. At COMPUTEX, we will showcase our all-in-one single-phase immersion cooling tank A1P0-EE0, with a built-in cooling fluid distribution system and 28U capacity for immersion-ready EIA servers, such as GIGABYTE H173-Z80 housing 2 dual-processor nodes in a 1U chassis.
Heterogeneous HPC
GIGABYTE maintains market leadership by working closely with industry visionaries. GIGABYTE's collaboration with NVIDIA has launched a fleet of AI flagships: GB300 NVL72, a rack-level solution utilizing DLC to support 36 Grace CPUs and 72 Blackwell Ultra GPUs, with every node interconnected via high-speed NVLink; NVIDIA HGX™ B300 integrated into GIGABYTE's G4L3-series DLC servers to benefit from high-bandwidth NVIDIA ConnectX®-8 SuperNIC to enhance inference efficiency and memory capacity for LLMs; and XL44-SX1 based on MGX™ architecture with up to 8 NVIDIA RTX PRO™ 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs.

For PCIe-based GPU computing, GIGABYTE G494-SB4 is a dual-CPU 4U server that supports 8 FHFL PCIe Gen5 slots and Compute Express Link (CXL) add-in cards, which extend memory capacity, enhance data exchange efficiency, and enable resource sharing. CXL memory expansion modules are also supported in Rack Servers R284-A91 and R283-Z98.
Among High Density Servers, H374-A80 provides 4 dual-CPU nodes in a 3U chassis with 16 LP PCIe Gen5 slots, H274-S60 is a 2U 4-node server with dual Intel CPUs per node, and H253-Z10 is 2U 4-node with 1 AMD CPU per node and 8 E1.S drives.
