The in-the-box DVD driver was shipped early before our X79/SNB-E support plan was finalized. Our day of launch driver runs GTX 680 at PCIE 2.0 speeds on X79/SNB-E. Both drivers run Ivy Bridge and other native Gen3 platforms at full PCI Express 3.0 speeds.
