The SD card reader is not able to work after upgrade to Window 10 versino.1903. How can I solve this situation?

Please refer the instruction as follows for troubleshooting:
  1. You can Right-click on the Windows button at the left-bottom corner. Then select the "Device-Manager" to launch the Device-Manager console.


      2. Check if there is an "Unknown USB Device(Port Reset Failed)" listed in the Universal Serial Bus category.

     3. If you find that failed USB device, please try the steps as follows to solve this situation:
  • ​Shutdown your system and remove the AC adapter, wait for 1-5 minutes after it powered down.
  • Power on the system then relaunches the Device Manager, and check if the failed device still appears in the USB category.
  • Install the updated SD card reader driver(10.0.18362.31248) if there is no failed USB device be found.
  • Reboot the system after the driver had installed completed.
  • Contact the Technical Service Center nearby you if the SD card reader is still not able to work.
