Fan stop working during the GPU in low temperature, the working standard as below:

1. GPU temp lower than 62℃, fan will stop working to save energy and reduce the noise. The Silent / Stop LED light on means fan doesn’t work.
2. GPU temp higher than 63℃, fan will start working for cooling. The Silent / Stop LED light off means fan does work.

Remark: Silent / Stop LED light On / Off have controlled by internal circuit. The LED light off if someone interrupt the fan work by external forces. Otherwise, LED light on if someone drive the fan turning around.
