Introduction
8S648FXP-RZ is designed for high performance Intel^® Pentium^® 4 platform, especially for the latest 90nm process (Prescott) Pentium^® 4 processor with Hyper-Threading Technology. Empowered by the latest SiS 648FX and 964 chipsets, 8S648FXP-RZ delivers a new architecture to uplift the system performance. The brand new 800MHz processor bus and DDR400 memory support are provided to unleash the full power of Intel^® Pentium^® 4 800MHz FSB processors. The AGP 8X graphics interface is built to derive the maximum performance from the most powerful graphics accelerator. The MuTIOL 1G^® Technology with 1GB/s bandwidth is applied to speed up the internal traffic between SiS 648FX and 964 chipsets. 8S648FXP-RZ also provides a variety of features such as Serial ATA, 8 USB2.0 ports, 6-channel audio, 10/100Mbps network connection, and high speed Ultra ATA133 interface. 8S648FXP-RZ is designed to provide the new levels of performance and fulfill the requirement for full range of applications now and future.
