There are 3 methods you may try:
1. Turn it off by using smart key utility.
2. Turn it back and use stylus to press reset button to restart.
3. Find the power button on button right corner. Click and hold it for at least 5 seconds. When you see GIGABYTE on the screen, it begins to shut down.
