The warranty is under normal usage and not caused by human factors.

The Warranty Period may differ regionally.
During the warranty period, defective components—such as PCBs, electronic parts, and LEDs—may be replaced as needed.
Liquid leakage determined to be non-user-induced during the warranty period shall be eligible for 100% credit on the cooler unit.
If leakage was caused under normal usage due to flaws of the product itself, we will bear the loss caused by the leakage and provide compensation.
