PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:
The Event is hosted by GIGA-BYTE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, No.6, Baoqiang Rd., Xindian Dist., New Taipei City 231, Taiwan (the "Host"). By participating in the Event, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Host, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

This promotion includes a random draw component.

The Host is responsible for the collection, submission, and processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Event. In case of any questions, comments, or problems related to the Event, Entrants should contact the Host directly. The Host may be reached by email at aorus@gigabyte.com during the Promotion Period.
ELIGIBILITY:
The event is open to legal residents aged 18 years or older of all countries/localities except Italy, Portugal, North Korea, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Venezuela, Quebec, Rhode Island, Florida, and New York.

The Host and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (the "Promotion Entities") are not eligible to enter the Event or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible.

"Household Members" refers to individuals who share the same residence for at least three (3) months per year. "Immediate Family Members" refers to parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.

Terms of Prizes:
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the Host’s sole discretion. The Host reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value. Prizes are not covered by manufacturer warranty.

Limit One Prize Per Person:
Each Entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize. If an Entrant qualifies for multiple awards, the prize of higher value will be granted, and an alternate winner will be selected for the remaining prize.

Winner Responsibility:
All applicable taxes (including VAT, local taxes, etc.), fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Host is not liable for any lost or stolen prizes.
HOW TO ENTER:
The Submission Period runs from Now to 11:59 PM September 26, 2026 (GMT-7).

Participation in the Event is organized into a series of entry methods ("Missions") displayed on the official Gleam widget on the campaign landing page. Completing a Mission earns the Entrant a corresponding number of entries into the random prize draw, as further described in Section 5.

Entries must be submitted via the official Gleam widget on the campaign landing page. Entrants must complete the required Missions in accordance with the instructions provided for each Mission. Automated or robotic Entries will be disqualified.

Certain missions, including "MyPerfectSetup" and "Become a GIGABYTE AORUS Member," require Entrants to visit a linked external page (e.g. a product configuration page or a membership registration page) to complete the required action, then return to the Gleam widget to submit the confirming information requested for that mission (such as a social media handle or email address), as instructed. Entrants are solely responsible for accurately completing and submitting the required information for each mission.

By entering this event, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
ODDS OF WINNING:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Entrants are not required to complete every Mission to be eligible for the random prize draw. However, each completed Mission earns a corresponding number of entries, as indicated on the Gleam widget. Entrants who complete more Missions will therefore receive more entries into the draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning. Each Entrant remains eligible to win a maximum of one prize as set out in Section 3.
WINNER NOTIFICATION & PUBLICITY:
Winners will be announced on AORUS official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, or YouTube) by October 9th, 2026 (GMT-7). On the same day, Winners will be notified via email from aorus@gigabyte.com using the email address provided in the entry submission.

Potential Winners must respond and accept the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

By accepting the prize, Winners agree to the use of their name, image, and submitted content for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION:
Any personal information supplied will be subject to the Host’s Privacy Policy at https://www.gigabyte.com/PrivacyPolicy. Personal data will be used solely for Event administration, winner selection, and prize fulfillment purposes.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS:
The Host reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Event or these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: NO WARRANTY
The Host is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorized access, or any other errors related to participation in the Event.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, explicit or implied.
SOCIAL NETWORK DISCLAIMER:
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), or TikTok. Entrants understand that they are providing information to the Host and not to these platforms.
GOVERNING LAW:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taipei. To the extent permitted by applicable local law, Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taipei.
