1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

   The Promotion is hosted by GIGA-BYTE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, No.6, Baoqiang Rd., Xindian Dist., New Taipei City 231, Taiwan (the "Host"). By participating in the Promotion, each Contest Entrant and Voter unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Host, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

   This Promotion consists of two distinct components:

   • (a) Contest: A contest for setup submissions (including standard display setups and creative redesign setups); and
   • (b) Voter Lucky Draw: A random lucky draw for eligible voters.

   Participation in the Contest is not required to enter the Voter Lucky Draw, and vice versa. An individual may participate as a Contest Entrant, a Voter, or both.

   The Host is responsible for the collection, processing, and verification of Submissions and Votes, and the overall administration of the Promotion. In case of any questions, comments, or problems related to the Promotion, participants should contact the Host directly at aorus@gigabyte.com during the Promotion Period.

2. ELIGIBILITY

   The Promotion is open to legal residents aged 18 years or older of all countries/localities except Italy, Portugal, North Korea, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Venezuela, Quebec, Rhode Island, Florida, and New York.

   2.1 Contest Entrant Eligibility

   Open to individuals who meet the general residency and age requirements above and submit a valid Submission in the Contest in accordance with Section 4.1.

   2.2 Voter Eligibility

   Open to individuals who meet the general residency and age requirements above, log in using a valid Facebook Account, and cast a valid vote in the Voter Lucky Draw in accordance with Section 4.2.

   2.3 Ineligible Individuals

   The Host and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (the "Promotion Entities") are not eligible to enter the Contest or win any prizes. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible.

   "Household Members" refers to individuals who share the same residence for at least three (3) months per year. "Immediate Family Members" refers to parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.

3. PRIZES

   A total of four (4) main Contest Winners will be awarded across two (2) categories (#PerfectInfinityView and #PerfectInfinityCraft), along with Voter Lucky Draw Winners:

   1st Place (2 Winners total; 1 Winner per category):

   #PerfectInfinityView & #PerfectInfinityCraft Category:Ultimate Infinity Pack (X870 AORUS INFINITY Motherboard + AORUS K10 & M10 INFINITY + 40th Anniversary Gift Pack)

   2nd Place (2 Winners total; 1 Winner per category):

   #PerfectInfinityView Category: DUO Power Pack (Z890 AORUS ELITE DUO X Motherboard + 40th Anniversary Gift Pack)

   #PerfectInfinityCraft Category: Aesthetic Craft Pack (X870E AERO X3D WOOD Motherboard + AORUS WATERFORCE X II 360 ICE + 40th Anniversary Gift Pack)

   Voter Lucky Draw

   Winners will be randomly selected from the voting pool to receive a 40th Anniversary Gift Pack.

   Terms of Prizes

   Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the Host's sole discretion. The Host reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value. Prizes are not covered by manufacturer warranty.

   Limit One Prize Per Person

   Each participant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize across the entire Promotion (including both Contest prizes and Voter Lucky Draw prizes). If a participant qualifies for both a Contest Prize and a Voter Lucky Draw Prize, the prize of higher value will be awarded, and an alternate winner will be selected for the remaining prize.

   Winner Responsibility

   All applicable taxes (including VAT, local taxes, etc.), fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Host is not liable for any lost or stolen prizes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

   4.1 Category A: Contest Entry (Setup Submission Contest)

   The Submission Period for the Contest runs from Now to September 26, 2026 (GMT-7).

   To enter the Contest, Entrants must complete the following steps:

   1. Download the official INFINITY assets (Wallpaper, Video, or Vector File) provided on the official campaign landing page.
   2. Capture a photo or video showcasing their real-world setup incorporating the INFINITY LOGO under one of two entry categories:
      • #PerfectInfinityView: Display the official INFINITY wallpaper or animation as-is on a laptop, monitor, or LCD screen.
      • #PerfectInfinityCraft: Display a custom/redesigned INFINITY wallpaper or animation on a laptop, monitor, or LCD screen.
   3. Craft a post including a Catchy Title, next upgrade goals, and a quick 40th-anniversary wish (2-3 sentences).
   4. Upload the photo or video to social media accounts. The social media account MUST be set to PUBLIC at the time of posting and throughout the Promotion period so the Submission can be tracked, detected, and verified.
   5. Tag and mention @aorus_official in the post and include the designated category hashtag (#PerfectInfinityView or #PerfectInfinityCraft).

   4.2 Category B: Voter Lucky Draw Entry (Random Draw)

   The Voting Period for the Voter Lucky Draw runs from October 6, 2026 to October 20, 2026 (GMT-7).

   Submitting a Submission in the Contest is NOT required to vote or enter the Voter Lucky Draw. To enter the Voter Lucky Draw:

   1. Visit the official campaign landing page during the Voting Period.
   2. Log in using a valid Facebook account.
   3. Cast at least one (1) valid vote for a qualified Submission in either category gallery.

   Voting Restrictions & Integrity

   • Each participant (per registered Facebook account) will receive one (1) entry into the Voter Lucky Draw upon casting at least one (1) valid vote. Casting multiple votes will not increase the participant's chances of winning the Voter Lucky Draw.
   • Use of multiple accounts, scripts, automated voting software, bots, or fraudulent methods by a voter will result in the invalidation of all associated votes and disqualification from the Voter Lucky Draw.
5. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

   To be eligible for review, selection, and potential official promotion, all Submissions must comply with the following requirements:

   • Accepted Formats: Submissions may be submitted in either photo or video format, as specified on the campaign page.
   • Photo Requirements: Photo Submissions must be submitted in high resolution (at least 1920 pixels on the longest side) and be suitable for digital and social media use. Images must be well-lit, in focus, and free from excessive noise, distortion, watermarks, or overlays that may interfere with evaluation or promotional use.
   • Video Format & Aspect Ratio: Video Submissions must be submitted in vertical format (9:16 aspect ratio) and optimized for mobile-first platforms such as Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
   • Video Resolution: A minimum resolution of 1080 × 1920 pixels (Full HD) is required. Footage must be clear, well-lit, and free from excessive noise or distortion.
   • Video Length: Videos must be between 15 and 60 seconds in length.
   • Audio & Music: Entrants are encouraged to use royalty-free music or audio. Entrants are solely responsible for securing any necessary rights to any music or audio used in their Submissions. The Host is not responsible for any copyright claims arising from the Entrant’s submitted content. If selected as a finalist, Entrants may be required to provide the original raw video file without background music for editing and official promotional use.

   Authenticity & AI Content Policy

   The final submitted photo or video MUST be a real-world photograph or footage of the Entrant's actual physical setup. For the #PerfectInfinityCraft category, Entrants ARE PERMITTED to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to generate, design, or modify the INFINITY graphic/wallpaper displayed on the screen; however, the overall setup, environment, and hardware captured in the Submission must be authentic and physical. Fully or predominantly AI-generated room setups or synthetic hardware scenes are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified.

   Brand Focus

   Submissions must primarily feature GIGABYTE and/or AORUS hardware as the main subject. Third-party logos, branding, or products should be minimized. Any Submission that prominently features or is intended to promote or endorse a competing brand may be disqualified at the Host’s sole discretion.

   Post Retention & Public Status Requirement

   The submitted post MUST remain PUBLIC and active on the Entrant’s social media account throughout the entire Promotion Period and for at least ninety (90) days following the Winner Announcement (until at least February 1, 2027). Deleting the entry post, archiving it, or changing the account privacy settings prior to or during prize fulfillment will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

   Compliance

   Submissions that do not comply with these requirements may be disqualified or deemed ineligible for finalist selection or official promotional use at the Host’s sole discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION & ACTIVITY JOURNEY

   Phase 1 | Submissions (Now - September 26, 2026, GMT-7)

   All Submissions published on public social media accounts that meet the requirements in Section 4.1 & 5 will be reviewed for inclusion in the Public Voting gallery. Submissions may be disqualified and excluded from the voting gallery if they fall under the Exclusion Criteria set forth below:

   Exclusion Criteria:

   • Lack of GIGABYTE/AORUS Brand Focus: No identifiable gear, packaging/box-only submissions without assembled hardware, or competing brand logos/products occupying a dominant portion (30% or more) of the primary visual frame.
   • Inauthentic Content: Submissions found to be fully AI-generated room setups, plagiarized, or not the Entrant’s own work.
   • Incomplete Submissions: Failure to provide required elements (e.g., description, hashtags, or post link).
   • Low Technical Quality: Severely blurred, poorly lit, or excessive noise preventing identification.
   • Inappropriate Content: Offensive, unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

   Phase 2 | Public Voting & Voter Lucky Draw (October 6 - October 20, 2026, GMT-7)

   All qualified Submissions will be published in the gallery for public voting. Winners will be determined solely by the highest number of valid public votes received during the Voting Period.

   • Contest Winners (Wall of Fame): In each category (#PerfectInfinityView and #PerfectInfinityCraft), the Submission receiving the highest number of valid votes will receive the 1st Place prize and be inducted into the 40th Anniversary Wall of Fame. The Submission receiving the second-highest number of valid votes will receive the 2nd Place prize.
   • Voter Lucky Draw Winners: Two (2) Voters (one per category voting pool) will be randomly drawn from all eligible voters who successfully cast a valid vote during the Voting Period to receive a 40th Anniversary Gift Pack.

   The Host reserves the right to review, validate, and audit voting activity. Any attempt to manipulate votes (including but not limited to use of bots, scripts, fake accounts, or vote-buying) will result in disqualification of the associated Submission and/or Voter at the Host’s sole discretion.

   Phase 3 | Winners Announcement (November 3, 2026, GMT-7)

   All Winners (Contest Winners and Voter Lucky Draw Winners) will be officially announced on November 3, 2026 (GMT-7).

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PUBLICITY

   Winners will be announced on AORUS official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube). Contest Winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on the social media platform used for entry. Voter Lucky Draw Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Potential Winners must respond and accept the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

   By accepting a prize, Winners agree to the use of their name, image, social media handle, and submitted content for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. OWNERSHIP/USE OF SUBMISSIONS

   The Host reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any Submission and may request original files, proof of ownership, or other supporting materials. Failure to provide such information within the requested timeframe may result in disqualification.

   By submitting a Submission, each Entrant grants the Host a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from the Submission in any media now known or later developed, without compensation or further notice, for marketing, promotional, and branding purposes related to GIGABYTE/AORUS.

   The Host reserves the right to edit, crop, or obscure any third-party branding or elements as necessary to align with AORUS brand standards.

   Entrants represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for the submitted content, and that the Submission does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

9. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

   Any personal information supplied by Contest Entrants and Voters will be subject to the Host’s Privacy Policy at https://www.gigabyte.com/PrivacyPolicy. Personal data will be collected, processed, and used solely for Promotion administration, voting verification, winner selection, prize fulfillment, and other purposes necessary for operating the Promotion, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. MODIFICATION OF TERMS & FORCE MAJEURE

    The Host reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

    The Host shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, or cancellation of the Promotion resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, cyberattacks, pandemics, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    The Host is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorized access, or any other errors related to participation in the Promotion or voting process. Prizes are provided “as is” without additional warranty beyond applicable local consumer protection laws.

12. SOCIAL NETWORK DISCLAIMER

    This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, or YouTube. Participants understand that they are providing information to the Host and not to these social media platforms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taipei.
