  • 人工智慧訓練是什麼?
    先進人工智慧(AI)之所以能勝任各種不同工作,例如產出文字圖像、或是駕駛自駕車,因為AI模型是經由機器學習深度學習所產生,學習過程可細分為「訓練」、「推論」兩階段。

    訓練階段,AI模型吸收海量資訊,這些數據大多經過「標籤化」處理,並由人類工程師監督訓練過程,不過最先進的AI也可使用未標籤化的資料進行「無監督式」或「半監督式」學習。人工智慧依據輸入值(input)的數據參數,揣測人類期待看到的輸出值(output),比如說,人類要求它在動物圖庫中挑出所有狗的照片;然後,AI根據猜測結果的正確性,給予數據參數一個正數或負數的「權重」(weight)或「偏差」(bias),等於幫決策過程打分數。透過「前向傳播」(或稱預測)和「反向傳播」(或稱回饋)的反覆循環,參數的權重變得很精確,幾乎每次都能挑選正確的輸出值,等於AI「學會」人類希望它辨識的資訊。

    訓練與推論相輔相成,是AI技術突飛猛進的重要因素,人工智慧不再需要人類幫它設想好各種可能遇到的狀況,而是自己使用大數據進行學習,完成訓練的AI模型能面對未標籤化的新資訊,照樣產出正確的輸出值。

    我們可用電腦視覺舉例,這是高速公路電子收費系統辨識車牌的根本技術。不同車牌使用的字體可能不一樣,車牌本身可能歪斜或是被污垢覆蓋,車輛的行駛速度也不一致。AI仍然能精確辨識車牌號碼,因為使用龐大的車牌照片圖庫完成訓練,所以AI看得懂各種不同車牌號碼。
