My notebook computer was hanged on when the GK-5UW receiver is installed. Is there a problem with the device itself?
GK-5UW is plug and play with Win 98SE/ 2000/Me/ XP or above operation system, please make sure your operation system is tally with it before you install the receiver, it might happened while your PC/ notebook was turn on, so we suggest plug in the device before you turn on the PC/ notebook.
