Please refer to the instruction below to roll back the driver to an earlier version through the Device Manager.

In order to ensure the driver can be rolled back completed, you might need to switch to safe mode. To access the Safe Mode, please refer to the FAQ: how to enter the safe mode.

1. Press [Win]+[X]，Choose [Device Manager]


2. Use Graphics Card as example: Expand [Display adapters] → Double click [Intel Graphics] → Click [Driver] → Click [Roll back driver]


3. Select a reason and click [Yes]


4. The driver will roll back to the previous version after the progress completed.
