  • 容錯式獨立磁碟陣列是什麼?
    RAID原本戲稱「容錯式廉價磁碟陣列」(Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks),日後更名為「容錯式獨立磁碟陣列」(Redundant Array of Independent Disks),簡稱「容錯式磁碟陣列」;這是八零年代發明的虛擬化儲存技術,將許多不同硬碟組合起來,當作一個儲存裝置使用,藉此提升系統可用性及可靠程度。將數據儲存在許多硬碟上,避免單一設備故障導致資料遺失,工程師可使用不同軟硬體控管分散於不同裝置的數據。
